The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and modern, and I loved having a balcony, even though there was no view.

The room design was nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. the hotel staff really tried to cater to our special requests, and that made our stay easier. We also enjoyed the hotel's proximity to key attractions, which made planning our activities more manageable.

The hotel lacked some basic services you would expect from a hotel, like room service or a minibar. We had some issues with the reception staff, as they overcharged us during check-out and weren't accommodating when we had to cancel a night.
